Galerie Maria Wettergren
Maria Wettergren opened her gallery in 2010 in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris, and specializes in contemporary Scandinavian design and art. Galerie Maria Wettergren focuses on interdisciplinary dialogues between art, design, crafts, and architecture, and represents some of the most important Scandinavian artists, such as Mathias Bengtsson, Rasmus Fenhann, Gjertrud Hals, Ditte Hammerstrøm, Astrid Krogh, Grethe Sørensen, Ilkka Suppanen, and Tora Urup, whose pioneering works are part of museum collections, including the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, New York; and the Centre Pompidou, Paris. In 2013 Wettergren received the Finn Juhl Prize for her work as a gallerist.
